Acceptance
By visiting drip-ai.app, by downloading the DRIP binary, or by installing DripMeter, you agree to the terms set out below. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the software or the website.
License
DRIP and DripMeter are distributed under the Apache License, version 2.0. The license is reproduced in the LICENSE file at the root of every release archive and in the source repositories at github.com/drip-cli/drip and github.com/drip-cli/drip-meter-macos.
The Apache 2.0 license grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, modify and redistribute the software, including for commercial purposes, subject to the conditions set out in the license text (NOTICE preservation, attribution, …).
Changes to the service
We may update DRIP, DripMeter and this website at any time. New releases are announced through the GitHub Releases page and through the changelogs of the respective repositories.
We may also revise these terms. The revised version is signalled by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the software or the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Disclaimer of warranty
The software is provided "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This disclaimer is enforced by the Apache 2.0 license itself (section 7).
While we benchmark every release across an 8-language fixture set with verified zero structural loss, we make no guarantee that DRIP will fit a specific workflow, agent version, or operating system configuration we have not tested.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perform Code SAS, its officers, employees and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use or the inability to use DRIP, DripMeter or this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by French law — in particular, for damages caused by gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of essential safety obligations.
Third-party services
DRIP and DripMeter integrate with third-party agents (Anthropic Claude Code, OpenAI Codex CLI, Google Gemini CLI). Use of these agents is governed by their respective terms of service, which take precedence over these terms when it comes to those agents.
We are not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, and we do not act as a reseller of their services. The brand names and logos used on this website are the property of their respective owners and are referenced under fair use to identify the agents DRIP supports.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with them, the website or the software, that cannot be resolved amicably, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille (France), without prejudice to any non-derogable consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you ordinarily reside.
